Shipping & Delivery

We carefully prepare and dispatch your order, with most in-stock items processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

As IBERICA works with independent makers and suppliers across Australia, Portugal, Spain and the UK, some products may be dispatched from different locations or require additional time to arrive.

If your order contains items from multiple locations, they may arrive in separate deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible Australian orders over $150.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, subject to our returns policy. Return shipping costs may apply.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
