Salmarim's Fleur de Sel is hand-harvested in the Castro Marim Salt Marsh Nature Reserve in Portugal's Algarve, where fine salt crystals are carefully gathered using traditional methods. Small pieces of white truffle and natural truffle essence are then added to create a luxurious finishing salt with an intense, aromatic character.
